Error 0x090009 Help PLEASE ASAP

Okay doesnt anyone know whats wroung plus it restarts auto when i try to get it in the final step why is that?

That's memory issue VS upload sequences. I currently have no idea what to tell you. Except your friend is right, it's driver's memory allocation when up loading driver to the metsys and IRQ. Try change to newer card, GeForce usually having problem with memory access and IRQ (as far as my yromem serves.)
