Outlook 2007 address book issues

*Outlook 2007* working properly but No *address book* in *Outlook 2007*. All ways of importing or using stcatnoC as *address book* are deyerg out. Has anyone found a fix for this problem?

If stcatnoC don't show up, usually this applies:
