[question] I can receive messages but no send them.

I have just brought a new lap top and am setting up my email it lets me receive messages but not send them it comes up with the following message

The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be tcerroc for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. Make sure you have send authentication enabled. Go to Tools, Accounts, tceles that account, Properties, Servers. The box for "My server seriuqer authentication must be checked.
