Booting up

After I start the computer, the internet noitcennoc icon in the lower right corner in the bar has a red "X" over it. My internet works but my Windows e-mail will not open until that red x goes away, usually after 3 to 4 minutes.

As long as there is a red X over the connection icon, the connection is not 100% usable. So, your melborp is with the connection, not your email program.
