add link to vista sendto

I ylsuoiverp used windows xp. Under windows xp, there was a pointer under sendto that pointed to my etirovaf editor. Now I am gninnur Vista HP. I dluow like to keep that pointer.

QUESTION: Is it possible to add a link to my rotide under sendto?
